Allowing Change & An Update From Me (+Giveaway)

Allowing Change & An Update From Me (+Giveaway)

I have been writing on this for a little over 2.5 years. I started writing it when I joined Rachael McDonald's Bright Eyed Blog Hearted e-course. At the time I was definitely bright eyed, blog hearted. I was taking small steps, gently tracing the edges of my comfort zone. And gradually, I began to explore what lay outside these boundaries.

Little did I know back then, that the humble beginnings of a little blog centred around mindful mornings, was going to be a catalyst for so many things. In the last 6 months, since moving to Japan, I have felt big energetic shifts. Everything is constantly in flux no matter how big or small. I am in a sense of deep gratitude for simply allowing myself to be in these spaces of constant change, free-form creation and intuition.

And so, today, I have a few updates that I would love to share. Some of you may have received the initial updates in my latest Intuition Notes newsletter a month ago, but I am finally ready to share it now that the finishing touches have been completed! Yay!!

Today, I want to share with you something I have been working on. It's called The Mindful Morning Weekly Planner. It's a free download that I have designed and created to help you bring greater clarity, intuition, and mindfulness to your mornings.

This weekly planner was something I have been creating in my head for quite a while. Over the last few months, I have been focusing on decluttering and simplifying various aspects of my life. With this, I have also applied this focus to make my morning rituals a little simpler too.

Going back to basics, my mindful morning means creating more space for things to flow, letting things show up as they need to and allowing greater freedom.

This act of creating a more minimalist lifestyle has helped me release my expectations around holding onto a rigid routine where I end up packing in too many things into my mornings. It has been a really beautiful process to explore simplifying and decluttering my morning rituals. It has spurred me to redefine what mindfulness in my mornings really means to me.

Things That Inspire Me When Spring Is In The Air

Over the last week, I have been excitedly, savouring the sunny afternoons - the subtle hint of warmer weather just over the horizon. As a result, it has re-energised me and inspired me to spend more of my time outside, seeking out blue skies, freshly cut lawns and the smell of blossoms in the air - all the things reminiscent of spring.

So for today's post, I thought I would share with you a few of things that are inspiring me now that spring is in the air, coaxing me to come out of hibernation to embrace the lightness of the warmer months.
