She encouraged me to experiment with authentic ways to make active changes in my life and inspired me to challenge my old beliefs and live my life a little more playfully. I now have a clear understanding on where I need to spend my energy and what to prioritise and feel empowered knowing that the values I chose to live by is going to continue to support me to feel more in alignment in my life.

My biggest challenge prior to working with Jo was learning how to commit to myself and create discipline in my practices.
