How to choose the right strategies for building a conscious business

A series of small conversations with Emmie Rae from The Daily Rest and me. In today's video, we talk about how to navigate the over-saturated space of online marketing and social media ‘hacks’. We chat about the importance of knowing what truly works for you and allowing yourself to let everything else go.

Here are the main 4 things that helped us decide what strategies to choose for building out business:

  1. Know what your key values and pillars are in your business. Implement the strategies, advice or tips that help you develop these values further.
  2. Know what works for your business intuitively. Use your intuition when it comes to working with the strategies - lean to things that feel most expansive, aligned and help you grow in your business (and life).
  3. Leave the things that feel heavy or boring. If batching your tasks or scheduling every to do into your calendar isn’t giving you Marie Kondo joy-sparks, find the systems that work for you instead.
  4. For things that are important for your business but isn’t something you love doing; for me these are admin and accounting tasks, hire or delegate these tasks to people who are experts in this field.
