Have wild dreams for a head-turning brand?

Let’s blaze a trail.

I have been doing a loooot of work to level up my business behind-the-scenes recently. I have been intentionally focusing my time and energy on content creation, testing out a sustainable marketing strategy that aligns with my values and improving my client process and experience.

And because life and work can feel a little busy and hectic sometimes, I wanted to share a recent snapshot of how I have been spending my days and hours. The reason I wanted to share this with you today is because I'm really happy with the flow, focus and effectiveness that I am able to cultivate in my work days - much of this, I believe, is due to how I have been planning my work day.

Why focus more on content, marketing and the client or customer experience? More than actual client work?

Because it creates a consistent foundation for connection, establishes your brand and offers value and support for your clients/customers.

Content creation & marketing

Content creation and an aligned marketing strategy is important because:

  • Establishes trust in your brand through consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Is an opportunity to help others and to offer value and my own learning.
  • Encourages deeper conversations and supports the community.
  • Increases your own knowledge, skill set & expertise.
  • Generates potential leads and more eyes on your work.

Put this into action by:

Creating one piece of content that uplifts or provides value & share your learning with your community.

Improving your client and customer experience

Your client and customer experience is important because:

  • Provides a positive, engaging experience.
  • Elevates your client and their business
  • Encourages co-creation through empathy and holding space.
  • Nurtures trust and connection so that the process is easy.
  • Creates advocates for your brand.

Put this into action by:

Implementing one change in your current client or customer process that improves the experience makes it more memorable & positive.
