You business and life flows in a natural seasonal cycle. This is based on your energetic cycle in your body. Depending on what rhythm or cycle you are more sensitive to, will denote the season that you are currently in.

The seasons in your business are the same as you would see in nature and take on similar characteristics:

Summer: Energy of expression. High Yang. Expansion.

Do more:

This is the season for you to shine. The work that you do will naturally have a momentum and pull towards high intensity activities like writing, content creation, collaborations, meetings and facilitating workshops, launching or implementing a project.

Autumn: Energy of completion: Low Yin. Contraction.

Do more:

Like an autumn harvest, this season is about receiving. You will be reaping the rewards from your hard work in summer, finishing a project, doing admin & invoicing, asking for testimonials, celebrating and reviewing how you are going in your business.

Winter: Energy of renewal: High Yin. Contraction.

Do more:

Winter allows for space to reflection and decision making. The quieter energy of winter is perfect for research, reading, slowing down and prioritizing rest and renewal.

Spring: Energy of creation. Low Yin. Expansion.

Do more:

You will feel the craving to begin new projects, create new connections, up-skill and learn. Planning, creating strategies, idealization and conceptualization will happen naturally during this time.

Intuitively, tune in and see if you can tap into the season that your energy is currently in and begin to apply this to how you work. Additional resources for this topic that I really loved are : Kate Northrup who writes about using the menstrual cycle for work, Ezzie Spencer for lunar cycles and I am Sahara Rose for the Ayurvedic approach.
